Job Title: Carpenter Foreman
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter Foreman to lead the installation of a moving crane in a warehouse. This crane will be suspended from the ceiling on a large I-beam, requiring precise attention to detail and expertise in carpentry and construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation of a moving crane from the ceiling on a large I-beam.
• Coordinate and manage team activities to ensure timely completion of the project.
• Read and interpret blueprints to guide the installation process.
• Utilize hand and power tools efficiently and safely.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations.

• Proficiency in construction, carpentry, and iron work.
• Experience with commercial construction and rough carpentry.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and tape measures.

• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
• Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively within a team.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Woodinville, WA.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr.
