Several years of clinical experience

Strong hands-on procedural skills
\n - \n
Comfortable with needle placement
\n - \n
Strong diagnostic skills
\n - \n
Comfortable performing or learning OMT
\n - \n
DEA license or eligibility
\n
New fellowship graduates are not being considered .
\nProcedures

Trigger point injections
\n - \n
Facet blocks
\n - \n
Stellate ganglion blocks
\n - \n
PRP
\n - \n
Prolotherapy
\n - \n
Viscosupplementation
\n - \n
Regenerative procedures
\n - \n
Radiofrequency ablation
\n - \n
Medication infusions
\n - \n
Other outpatient procedures
\n
Ultrasound-guided needle placement is preferred.
\nThe practice will provide training for additional procedures, so direct interventional pain experience is not required if you have strong procedural fundamentals.
\nPatient Volume
\n12-16 patients/day
\nMost visits combine E&M + procedural care.
\nPatients primarily present with pain and musculoskeletal dysfunction.
