Hybrid Case Manager: Youth Career Advocate
Lumity
Lumity is seeking a Case Manager to provide intensive, relationship-based support to young adults in its workforce development programs. You will manage a caseload, conduct regular one-on-one meetings, and help participants plan careers from intake through placement. This hands-on role requires trauma-informed, strengths-based coaching, proactive problem solving and strong documentation.
