This facility operates as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) delivering clinic-based primary care services to patients of all ages within a structured clinical environment in Kentucky. The facility maintains established clinical protocols and on-site infrastructure to support consistent and quality care delivery. Clinical workflows are structured to address the primary care needs of a diverse patient population served within the FQHC framework.

Lexington, Kentucky is known for being the horse capital of the world! So be sure to adventure into the farms for a brief time during your assignment to see what all the horse hype is about. After that head to one of the many distilleries for some of their famous bourbon.

Clinicians will provide clinic-based primary care services to patients of all ages at an on-site Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Kentucky during day shift hours. The expected caseload is 20-25 patients per day, with clinical responsibilities encompassing the evaluation and management of primary and acute care conditions across all age groups. Board certification and prescriptive authority are required for this assignment. No call coverage is required.
