Must be adept to regulatory private, federal & state guidelines and have knowledge and understanding of a multi–Tax ID business, The ideal candidate will be able to identify and negotiate key terms and reimbursement within a contract with an understanding of contracting within closed networks.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business/finance/Math preferred or Equivalent work experience requiredMinimum of 3-5 years' experience contracting experience a must. Contracting experience includes Managed Care, WC, Replacements & Auto lines of business.Prefer experience & established relationships with payorsOutpatient Therapy Experience preferredProficient in identifying, summarizing and calculating payment/reimbursement policiesAdvanced MS Excel, MS Access & credentialing software experience a plusEffective project management skillsCritical analytical thinking, problem solving, organization and time management skills with strong attention to details. Can multi-task to very unusual levelsExcellent administrative, analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication and presentation skills are requiredAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.The anticipated base salary range for this position is $75,000 -$80,000. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
