With 30 years of experience as a State Farm agent, I’ve built a well-established and respected agency just outside the Pennsylvania metro area, serving customers across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Over the years, I’ve prioritized stability, loyalty, and genuine relationships, resulting in exceptionally low turnover—just 12 hires in 29 years, with several team members staying until retirement.

Today, our close-knit team consists of two dedicated team members who embody the same family-focused values that guide my leadership style. I’m married with three kids, and I lead with kindness, integrity, and respect, fostering a supportive and people-oriented environment.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ed Quintus - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
