Are you organized, calm under pressure, and great at keeping things moving? BowTie Home Services is looking for a

Customer Service Representative (CSR)

to be the friendly voice that helps homeowners and customers schedule service, get answers, and feel taken care of. This is a

Saturday–Wednesday

schedule ( 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

) with

hybrid flexibility

(in-office with remote support on weekends). We provide

training

—so if you have customer-facing phone experience and strong data entry habits, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)

Answer incoming calls and help customers with

service requests and basic questions Schedule and coordinate

plumbing and air conditioning

appointments Provide customer

status updates

and handle inquiries professionally Dispatch service requests to technicians and ensure job information is complete Enter and update customer details in our online systems/CRM (

data input required

) Follow up on leads and assist with ongoing customer communication What We’re Looking For

1+ year preferred

in CSR, call center, receptionist, or other customer-facing phone roles (HVAC/plumbing knowledge is

not required

organizational skills

and a

task-oriented

mindset Comfortable multitasking: phones, scheduling, and computer data entry Professional communication and a positive, service-first attitude Reliable attendance and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment

Schedule

Saturday through Wednesday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Hybrid:
