We’re looking for a talented, personable, and motivated Hair Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hair, committed to creating an excellent guest experience, and takes pride in delivering beautiful, high-quality results.

What You’ll Do

• Consult with guests to understand their hair goals and recommend services that fit their needs.
• Perform haircuts, blowouts, styling and other salon services based on your skill set.
• Create customized looks while maintaining high standards for quality and attention to detail.
• Build strong relationships with guests and encourage repeat visits through exceptional service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation and salon environment.
• Stay current with hair trends, techniques, products, and industry education.
• Work collaboratively with the salon team to create a positive and supportive environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Current barber license or cosmetology license in good standing.
• Previous salon experience preferred, but we’re open to the right stylist at different stages of their career.
• Strong communication and consultation skills.
• A professional, friendly, and positive attitude.
• Dependable, motivated, and committed to providing an outstanding guest experience.
• Passion for continued learning and professional growth.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while developing your own clientele.
