Responsibilities Welcome customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Assist clients with inquiries, requests, and general information. Answer and direct incoming phone calls appropriately. Maintain an organized and professional front counter area. Process customer transactions, forms, and documentation accurately. Schedule appointments and coordinate basic administrative tasks. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence. Support internal teams with clerical and operational duties.
