Openwork is partnering with a respected government agency to hire Window Tellers in the Scarsdale, Baytown, Bay Area , and Pasadena locations. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide essential public services, gain valuable experience, and build a career in a stable, professional environment.

As a Window Teller , you'll play a key role in supporting your community by assisting residents with important services such as vehicle registration, permits, and payments. You’ll deliver friendly, accurate service while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Position Overview

• Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:45 PM
  (occasional Saturdays and flexibility to support nearby locations required)

• Pay : $15.00/hour – Paid weekly

Key Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers with professionalism and care

• Process transactions and handle payments with accuracy

• Review and manage official documents with attention to detail

• Support general office tasks and team operations

• Provide courteous and knowledgeable service at all times

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum of (6) months of customer service experience to include cash handling from retail, banking, or similarly situated operations environment

• Strong typing ability (30+ WPM) and basic math skills

• High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution within the U.S.

• Dependability, punctuality, and attention to detail

• Clear communication skills and a service-focused mindset

• Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese is a plus
