Pediatric Nurse Practitioner - Frisco, TX

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | Mon–Fri 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM | Rotating Sat 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Family Medicine team. In this role, you will collaborate with Dr. Sree to deliver high-quality pediatric primary care, support coverage, and ensure seamless continuity of care for our patient community.

Scope of Practice:

• Patient Population: Full-spectrum pediatrics, caring for patients from birth through age 18.
• Comprehensive Primary Care: Routine well-child exams, acute sick visits, and management of conditions like asthma, allergies, and ADHD/autism.
• Clinical Procedures: Standard in-office pediatric procedures.
• Volume & Call: 15–20 patients per day with a light 1:3 rotating call schedule; clinical call is managed by the Lead Physician.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
• Experienced providers preferred with newborn rounding or NICU background, but open to training motivated candidates.
• Active, unrestricted Texas license.
• Proactive, "no task is too small" team mentality. Lactation certification is a plus.
