Keep LearningParticipate in training, education, and staff meetings.Support teamwork and positive communication.Contribute to quality improvement efforts that help us provide exceptional care.Qualifications & SkillsWe're looking for a nurse who is compassionate, dependable, and passionate about providing exceptional care to our residents.Required QualificationsCurrent Iowa LPN or RN license in good standing.Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, providers, and team members.Strong organizational and time management skills.Basic computer and electronic medical record (EMR) skills.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, or rehabilitation.Supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare setting.Knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations.What Makes You a Great Fit?
