Responsibilities

• Be the first smile of the day! Greet every customer with friendly, fast service, help with fuel and transactions, and make every visit a positive experience.
• Go the extra mile! Offer windshield washing, share rewards program benefits, and provide helpful service wherever it's needed.
• Keep it safe and clean! Maintain a tidy, welcoming lot, kiosks, and walkwaysinside and outso everyone can fuel up safely and comfortably.
• Own your shift! Follow all cash handling, safety, and company procedures, complete checklists, and make sure tasks are done right every time.
• Teamwork makes it fun! Help train new teammates, communicate with leadership, stay updated on policies, and celebrate wins while achieving your shift goals.

Qualifications

• Positive, customer-first mindset, supported by strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven reliability and punctuality with consistent attendance.
• Ability to stay self-motivated, detail-oriented, and effective in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Pay is from $16.00 to $16.50 / hour QuickChek & Murphy USA take into consideration a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: experience, skill sets, training, licensure and certifications, education, as well as business and organizational needs.
