Job Description Job Description A prestigious Personal Injury Law Firm in Hollywood is hiring for a Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal to join their growing team. Tasks: Maintain excellent client communication to provide updates and gather information Draft, prepare, and organize legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, discovery, responses, interrogatories, demands, etc. Gather medical records, bills, and assist with treatment plans Prep Attorneys for meetings, hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial E-file Manage deadlines and scheduling with all relevant parties, including the JA's Maintain organized and updated case files Experience: Previous personal injury litigation experience, preferably on the plaintiff side, is required Ability to manage a busy caseload and heavy deadlines Experience with trial and court appearance prep Understanding of medical records, medical terminology, and billing.
