Job Description Effectively market and sell self‑storage solutions to potential customers. Work independently, spending time both inside an office and on the property. Perform general property care, cleaning, and maintenance. Conduct daily property walk‑throughs to confirm spaces are ready to rent. Accurately process payments and handle cash. Engage with customers to provide an exceptional experience. Maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to perform essential functions. Requirements Real ID or passport required for travel to the San Antonio training center (effective 5/7/25). Physical Requirements Transport or lift items weighing up to 50 pounds. Walk around the property, spending up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and maintaining curb appeal.
