We are seeking a Revenue Management Analyst to join our Revenue Management team. In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing pricing strategies, maximizing revenue opportunities, and supporting business growth across one or more domestic markets. Through data analysis, forecasting, and market evaluation, you will help drive strategic decisions that directly impact fleet utilization, profitability, and overall company performance.

Your Role At Sixt

• You oversee price management and revenue maximization for one or more assigned domestic markets
• You analyze and monitor market performance by evaluating pricing, demand patterns, competitor activity, and incoming bookings
• You dive deep into large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and revenue opportunities that support business growth
• You support the design, development, and enhancement of reporting tools, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses that drive decision-making
• You translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for Revenue Management leadership and business partners
• You lead and contribute to pricing, forecasting, and revenue optimization initiatives that improve profitability and operational performance

Your Skills Matter

• Education & Experience You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field. Relevant analytical, pricing, forecasting, revenue management, or business intelligence experience preferred
• Analytical Expertise You have a strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets, identify trends, and develop data-driven recommendations that influence business outcomes
• Technical Skills You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, R, or other analytical and reporting tools is highly desirable
• Business Acumen You have the ability to understand market dynamics, pricing strategies, customer behavior, and revenue drivers within a fast-moving business environment
• Communication & Collaboration You have strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders across multiple business functions
• Ownership & Execution You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
