Additionally, become proficient in utilizing virtual hearing platforms to enhance client interactions and navigate essential legal technology, including case management software such as Clio, video conferencing tools like TEAMS, and legal researching tools such as LexisNexis & Westlaw . Primary function will be as legal defense for claimants emphasizing workplace injuries under Chapter 440. Analyze testimony and scrutinize claimant histories for inconsistencies and behavioral patterns.
