Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with Telemetry experience for a 13-week contract position. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care, monitor patients, and utilize telemetry equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient conditions, including vital signs and telemetry readings.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Participate in unit meetings and continuous quality improvement activities.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Med/Surg experience required; Telemetry/Medical-Surgical experience preferred.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certifications are preferred.
