Featuring 800 guest rooms and 100,000 square feet of onsite meeting space, the hotel will serve as a premier destination for large-scale conventions, corporate meetings, and social events. As a Seamstress, you're not just altering and repairing garments – you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.Here's what you'll do during a typical day:Alter and repair garments: Perform alterations, repairs, and adjustments to team member uniforms, hotel linens, and guest clothing to ensure proper fit and qualityKeep sewing equipment running smoothly: Keep sewing machines in good working condition and promptly report any defects to the Linen Room SupervisorMaintain an organized workspace: Keep the uniform and linen room clean, orderly, and well-stockedMonitor item conditions: Identify and report uniforms or linens that need to be discarded or replacedAt Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member:A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality.
