Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in ServiceNow development and platform testing . The ideal candidate will have expertise in ITSM modules, automation testing, integrations, and ServiceNow best practices.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development/testing experience
- Hands-on experience with ITSM, IRM/GRC, HRSD, and CSM
- Experience with ATF, Selenium, UI Testing, and API Testing
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and platform customization
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
- ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification
- Experience with JavaScript, CI/CD, and ServiceNow scripting
