Research Operations Specialist

To support the research team in enhancing operational efficiency, the full-time Research Operations Specialist will coordinate studies, manage participant logistics, and maintain research documentation in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Facilitate research team operating rhythms and manage the research intake and triage process Oversee participant recruiting logistics, scheduling, and ensure participant experience throughout research studies Partner across the organization to manage insights and improve the research repository for easier access and application of customer insights Required qualifications At least 2 years of experience in UX research, customer research, or research operations Strong understanding of research methodologies, including study setup and participant management Experience with AI-enabled tools to enhance research processes Ability to organize and distribute research insights effectively across teams Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving processes
