Position Title: Inside Sales Office Location: Loganville, GA Exemption Classification: Non - Exempt/Hourly Reports To: Parts & Service Manager Date: January 2026 Job Summary The Inside Sales Representative at TOMCO 2 Systems Company is responsible for supporting sales growth by managing inbound leads, developing customer relationships, preparing quotations, and coordinating closely with engineering and operations teams. This role focuses on consultative selling of TOMCO 2 systems and services, providing customers with accurate technical and commercial information while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Support Outside Sales Representatives, Part and Service with lead management, opportunity follow-up, and account coordination Prepare and manage quotes, proposals, and pricing documentation Track sales activities and maintain accurate customer and opportunity data in CRM systems Assist with contract administration and order processing Qualify inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting as needed Nurture leads through email, phone, and virtual meetings Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for Outside Sales Representatives Monitor pipeline activity and follow up on stalled or inactive opportunities Serve as a primary point of contact for customers on product inquiries, pricing, and order status Respond promptly to customer requests and resolve issues in coordination with internal teams Maintain professional and consistent communication to strengthen customer relationships Generate sales reports, forecasts, and activity summaries Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance to ensure timely order fulfillment and billing Support sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches Qualifications 2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience (industrial, technical, or B2B preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to understand and explain technical products and systems Excellent organizational and follow-up skills Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (or similar tools) Experience selling engineered systems or industrial equipment Basic technical aptitude or ability to read specifications/drawings Experience working with manufacturing or systems-based companies Knowledge of CO 2 systems, refrigeration, or related industries (a plus) Competencies Customer-focused mindset Strong attention to detail Problem-solving and critical thinking skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a proactive attitude Working Conditions Office-based inside sales role Standard business hours with occasional flexibility Minimal travel (if any) Equal Opportunity Employer Statement TOMCO 2 Systems Company is an equal opportunity employer.
