PRODUCTION ENGINEER

Responsibilities Lead cross‑functional projects focused on improving material flow, inventory control, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with a dynamic team to create innovative solutions and make a real impact from day one. Design and coordinate tooling and fixtures for manufacturing. Manage cost‑control projects such as consumable CNC tooling and raw‑material usage. Utilize analytical skills to analyze data, identify trends, and implement data‑driven solutions that enhance productivity and reduce costs. Support the management of New Product Integration with respect to manufacturability, process control, equipment capability, and supporting personnel requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing environments in operations, engineering, supply chain, quality, or process improvement. Hands‑on experience in CNC metals manufacturing preferred. Ability to coach, teach, and lead others to develop continuous improvement strategies and influence decision making. Strong leadership, organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills. Experience using CAD, with SolidWorks beneficial.
