This position is offered as a 1099 Independent Contractor role- Part time evening and weekend
1099 Independent Contractor Requirements (Fully Licensed)
• Maintain an active Illinois license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in good standing.
• Maintain professional liability (malpractice) insurance.
• Be responsible for personal tax obligations associated with independent contractor status.
• Maintain independent clinical judgment and adhere to all professional, ethical, and legal standards.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation for services provided.
• Manage a consistent caseload and maintain professional scheduling availability, particularly for evening and/or weekend sessions.
• Maintain required continuing education and license renewal in accordance with Illinois regulations.
• Provide services through in-person and/or telehealth sessions as appropriate.
