Job DescriptionJob DescriptionBenefits:Base Salary + Bonus Compensation401K, medical, vision and dental insurance, paid time off, disability and accident insurance, Christmas savings fund, life insurance, Telemedicine Responsibilities:Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responsesDirect clients to online tools available for reviewing vehicle options, packages and featuresPrepare and present demo vehicles so latest technology is enabled and ready for display (Bluetooth, Navigation, green fuel options, etc)Explain product performance and benefitsDescribe all optional equipment available for customer purchaseBuild strong rapport with customersPerform high-quality, professional and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehiclesWork closely with Sales Manager on pricing tiers associated with different models and their respective technology optionsAssist with lead generation by managing incoming email leads & set appointments for vehicle demonstrations all over email and text communication - making sure clients are informed before they walk into the dealershipPrepare vehicle and documents in anticipation of scheduled appointmentsRequirementsEnthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workdayPrepared to be mentored by senior sales managers and growEager to learn about the automotive industry and help customersReady to hit the ground running on learning new vehicles and productsOutgoing and resourceful with a friendly personalityHave high quality customer service skillsPossess strong communication skills with customers and team membersPossess the ability to communicate professionally via text and email and present a friendly disposition over the phone with customersThis is not a sales position based on commision.
