Join the opening team at Ondîne , the newest project from Chef John Fraser. This intimate 35-seat French-inspired bistro is built on exceptional ingredients, thoughtful hospitality, and a commitment to craftsmanship. Every member of the team plays an essential role in creating an outstanding guest experience.
We are seeking dependable Dishwashers to join our opening kitchen team. This is an opportunity to be part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment where teamwork, organization, and pride in your work are valued every day.
What We're Looking For
- Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a willingness to support the kitchen wherever needed.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What You'll Do
- Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Keep the dish area, kitchen, and storage areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Support the culinary team by ensuring a steady supply of clean equipment during service.
- Assist with cleaning, trash removal, and other kitchen support duties as needed.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
