About Your New Job As a Taco Mayo Shift Leader, you will lead a crew in the daily operations of a store while maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, customer service, and food quality. You will work with area supervisors and your General Manager to oversee property maintenance, ensure financial accountability, and retain and develop a top‑notch crew. This role offers opportunities to develop skills in customer service, leadership, management, and food handling that can lead to bonuses, recognition, and advancement within the company.
