We're looking for a sharp, people-first HVAC Sales Representative . This is a full-time, in-home sales role where you'll be meeting homeowners at the point of need — running leads generated by a busy service department, building trust quickly, and helping families make smart decisions about their home comfort systems. No cold calling. No chasing leads. Just great conversations and a strong close rate.
Key Responsibilities

• Run pre-set in-home appointments generated by the service team — no cold prospecting
• Assess homeowners' HVAC systems, identify the right solution, and present options clearly
• Guide customers through the buying process with education and confidence, not pressure
• Hit monthly revenue targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
• Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Keep accurate records of appointments, quotes, and sold jobs in company systems

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Proven track record in in-home or consultative sales — HVAC, home services, or similar preferred
• Strong communicator who can build rapport quickly and explain technical options in plain language
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a competitive but customer-first mindset
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record — you'll be on the road daily
• Comfortable working nights and weekends as needed to meet customer availability
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
