Role Description The Froster role at Nothing Bundt Cakes is a full-time, on-site position based in Delafield, WI. The Froster is responsible for expertly frosting Bundt cakes according to company standards, ensuring each cake is visually appealing and consistent with brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include preparing frosting, decorating cakes and cupcakes, following production schedules, and maintaining a clean, organized workstation. The Froster also helps with packaging finished products, labeling orders, and supporting the team with basic bakery tasks as needed. This role works closely with other bakery staff to meet order deadlines, uphold food safety practices, and contribute to a friendly, guest-focused atmosphere. Qualifications Ability to frost and decorate cakes with attention to detail, consistency, and visual appeal. Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for precise piping and decorative work. Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices in a bakery or kitchen setting. Ability to follow recipes, production instructions, and brand standards accurately. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders and meet deadlines. Capacity to stand for extended periods, lift and carry bakery items, and work in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with team members.
