Aircraft Mechanic
We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Mechanic to join our team, performing line and some heavy maintenance on ERJ's 135 and 145's, and CRJ 200's. This role involves maintaining and repairing a fleet of aircraft, engines, and components according to all specifications, documenting maintenance procedures, and practicing safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily scheduled and non-scheduled inspections, maintenance, repair, and alterations of aircraft.
- Troubleshoot defective aircraft systems and components effectively.
- Document maintenance procedures, including component damage, origin, and condition.
- Ensure line maintenance on all incoming and outgoing flights.
Essential Skills
- A&P License
- At least 1 year of experience with CRJ or ERJ aircraft
- Ability to work independently
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Preferred candidate will have an A&P license and over 3 years of experience with CRJ and ERJ aircraft.

Work Environment
The role involves mainly working outside performing line maintenance. The shift is Monday to Friday, 7:00 pm - 3:30 am, with potential changes due to incoming flights.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Quincy, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $38.00/hr.
