About the Role
Seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to oversee accounting, controllership, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and day-to-day finance operations for a growing IT services and technology organization. This individual will manage month-end close, general ledger activities, AP/AR, billing, collections, reconciliations, audit and tax support, and banking relationships while partnering with leadership to deliver financial insights, improve processes, strengthen internal controls, and support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting and controllership.
- Manage financial reporting.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting.
- Oversee cash flow management.
- Manage day-to-day finance operations.
- Manage month-end close.
- Oversee general ledger activities.
- Manage AP/AR, billing, and collections.
- Perform reconciliations.
- Provide audit and tax support.
- Manage banking relationships.
- Partner with leadership to deliver financial insights.
- Improve processes and strengthen internal controls.
- Support business growth.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
Required Skills
- Strong US operational finance expertise.
- Proven background in financial reporting.
- Experience with compliance and performance analysis.
- Cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Experience within a technology, software, SaaS, MSP, or IT services environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience specifically in technology, software, SaaS, MSP, or IT services environments (if not already required).
