Genesis10 is currently seeking a Client Solutions Analyst - Hybrid position with a Global Law Firm located in Minneapolis, MN. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.

Compensation: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications

Position Overview:
As part of the Innovation Solutions team, you will work with a team of professionals responsible for the development and support of client-facing solutions. In this role, you will consult with lawyers and operations teams to improve legal case management, collaboration, and business process optimization using a variety of technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support firm lawyers and clients with technical aspects of handling, processing, analyzing, creating, maintaining, and updating applications and databases
• Consult with lawyers, consultants, and others to gather and understand requirements for client-facing solutions and determine the appropriate approach
• Assist with project management including communicating with stakeholders, scheduling meetings, requirements gathering, planning, and reporting on status
• Create, maintain, and troubleshoot applications and databases, including tasks such as data normalization, global edits, and de-duplication
• Develop deep understanding of firm technology to help maintain a menu of innovation solutions and services
• Provide training, documentation, and other support to ensure effective and efficient use of solutions
• Regularly audit site activity and maintain weekly site reports

Primary Requirements:

• 4+ years of related experience
• 2+ years of experience working with one or more of the following technologies: HighQ, SharePoint, O365, Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Apps, Automate), Contract Express (or similar document assembly software), or No-code/Low-code platforms (such as PowerApps, NeotaLogic, Betty Blocks)
• Experience leveraging usability standards (UI/UX)
• Experience with software development processes, business analysis, and/or quality assurance
• Willing to learn new technologies, methodologies and practices

Desired Skills:

• Experience in a professional services organization
• Experience using project management fundamentals
• Ability to problem-solve and work calmly in a high-pressure, deadline-orientated environment
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to organize and accurately prioritize work
