Summary
Leads major aircraft cabin interiors programs with end-to-end accountability for program execution and financial performance. Owns program revenue, cost, schedule, margin, risk, and customer commitments while leading global cross-functional teams through influence to deliver profitable, high-quality, and compliant solutions. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Own the full program lifecycle and P&L performance of assigned cabin interiors programs, including development, production, delivery, and in-service support.
• Develop and execute program strategies, plans, WBS, schedules, milestones, budgets, resources, and customer deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and other functions to achieve program objectives.
• Serve as the primary program interface with customers, OEMs/STC applicants, suppliers, and executive leadership.
• Manage scope, configuration, contractual changes, customer requests, and schedule commitments while protecting margin and delivery performance.
• Own program financial performance, including revenue, cost-to-complete, margin, budgets, forecasts, EAC/ETC, and EVM .
• Identify, price, negotiate, and manage contract changes and claims; lead cost-reduction and margin-recovery initiatives.
• Monitor technical, financial, supply-chain, and schedule risks and implement mitigation and recovery plans.
• Lead customer and program milestone reviews, including ITCM, PDR, CDR, and executive performance reviews.
• Support RFQs, proposals, pricing, and new-business pursuits by validating scope, cost, schedule, margin, risk, and resource assumptions.
• Identify continuous-improvement, follow-on business, and program growth opportunities.
• Provide timely program, financial, technical, risk, and schedule reporting to customers and executive management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field , or equivalent experience; engineering degree preferred.
• Typically 7+ years of aerospace/aircraft program management experience , including major customer programs.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership with experience in EAC/ETC, EVM, forecasting, margin recovery, and change/claims negotiation.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional teams through influence without direct authority.
• Experience working with airline customers, OEMs, suppliers, and global/multi-site teams.
• Strong program planning, financial management, risk management, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent executive-level communication, presentation, customer-management, and relationship-building skills.
• Successful completion of required pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.

Supervisory Responsibilities
No direct reports. Leads cross-functional program teams through influence, credibility, and shared objectives. Travel & Work Environment
Work is primarily performed in a professional office environment with interaction across global operations. Domestic and international travel is required to support customers, programs, and Jamco locations.
