Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic engineering team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with Engineering Leads to drive the successful delivery of complex technical projects, particularly in the areas of cloud technologies and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML). You will be instrumental in organizing, managing, and ensuring the smooth execution of our technical initiatives, contributing directly to our innovation and growth. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering Leads to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals in alignment with technical feasibility.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear communication of progress, roadblocks, and decisions.
• Track project progress, identify potential risks and dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation plans.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery of technical solutions.
• Manage and document project-related information, including requirements, specifications, and progress reports.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across engineering teams, product management, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management processes and methodologies.
• Leverage your understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML concepts to effectively manage related projects.
• Assist in the identification and resolution of technical challenges and escalations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in technical project or program management, preferably within a software development environment.
• Demonstrated experience with cloud technologies and a solid understanding of cloud-based architectures.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, development workflows, and deployment strategies.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to influence and drive results in a collaborative environment.
• Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, Microsoft Project).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant project management certifications.
• Hands-on experience in software development or a related technical role.
• Experience with specific AI/ML platforms and tools.
• Experience working in a fast-growing startup environment.
