The Reality (Read This Carefully) A Typical Week Includes Business planning and strategy Multiple team meetings (training, coaching, accountability) Buyer and seller appointments Showings, tours, and shadowing opportunities Prospecting and follow-up Evenings and weekends are part of the job, especially early on. As production increases, agents earn more control over their schedule. At the beginning, momentum comes first. This is real estate. It’s also demanding.
