You’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have already expressed interest in our services , allowing you to focus on what you do best: creating meaningful conversations, presenting solutions, and closing sales.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct scheduled, in-home appointments with pre-qualified homeowners.

• Build rapport and establish trust throughout each consultation.

• Ask thoughtful questions and listen carefully to understand customer needs.

• Present customized solutions based on each homeowner’s situation.

• Demonstrate products and services while clearly explaining their benefits.

• Answer questions and address concerns or objections professionally.

• Guide customers through the decision-making process and help them feel confident in their choices.

• Present proposals and pricing clearly and professionally.

• Negotiate and close sales agreements.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.

• Work with the sales team to provide a smooth customer experience.

• Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for experienced sales professionals who are confident, personable, and committed to delivering a great customer experience.

You’ll be a strong fit if you have:

• Proven experience in a sales closing role .

• Experience in in-home, consultative, home improvement, construction, restoration, or related sales is a plus.

• Strong communication and active listening skills.

• A proven ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly.

• Strong presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

• A customer-focused approach to selling.

• A professional and respectful demeanor when working in customers’ homes.

• Strong organization and time-management skills.

• A self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented mindset.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older .

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Valid driver's license required.

• Reliable transportation required.

• Comfortable traveling to scheduled customer appointments.

• Comfortable conducting sales consultations inside customers’ homes.

Compensation

Base Salary + Commission

Potential annual earnings: $120,000–$200,000

Your earning potential is tied to your sales performance, giving experienced closers the opportunity to significantly increase their income through strong results.
