What to Expect Tesla is looking for an exceptional Recruiter to support our Manufacturing Engineering teams. We hire the talent responsible for developing next-generation products, automating manufacturing lines, and the "machine that builds the machine". Recruiting at Tesla is challenging; hiring timelines are often compressed, but the work is exciting and impactful to our mission. This role is 100% onsite at our Fremont, CA or Palo Alto, CA locations.
What You'll Do

• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy
• Efficiently manage time and resources while keeping business partners informed through regular updates
• Use a variety of techniques and creativity to discover and attract the best passive talent
• Conduct thorough behavioral based interviews and phone screens to assess both technical baseline as well as skills be successful in the Tesla environment
• Focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity

What You'll Bring

• High volume, technical recruiting experience with the ability to efficiently manage an average of 25+ technical, niche requisitions
• Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience, from either a corporate or agency environment, using an ATS and Microsoft Office
• Experience in recruiting engineers or niche, skilled roles + leaders across manufacturing, facilities, or construction
• Demonstrated track record of excellence in full cycle recruiting from sourcing and assessing technical talent to offer negotiation, maintaining awareness of pertinent employment legislation and employment market trends
• Ability to lead projects to successful conclusion - balancing efficiency with quality
• Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, helping them navigate the sources of talent and assisting them with assessment

Expected Compensation $64,000 - $168,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
