Tech - CT

Job Summary:
Provide advanced imaging services as a CT Technologist in a fast-paced radiology department, performing a variety of CT scans to assist in diagnostic processes. Deliver patient-centered care while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and troubleshoot CT imaging equipment to produce accurate diagnostic images.
• Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the process and positioning accordingly.
• Maintain strict safety and infection control protocols, including proper use of radiation safety measures.
• Document and record procedural details accurately in electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff to ensure optimal patient care.
• Adhere to department policies, dress code, and unit guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:

• Hold ARRT(R)(CT) certification and valid CT registry.
• Demonstrate at least 1 year of experience working in a CT imaging environment.
• Possess current BLS certification.
• Exhibit excellent patient care skills, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic clinical setting.
• Ability to start IVs preferred.
