Assistant Project Manager

Based in the Pacific Northwest, we provide a range of services, including construction management, design-build, general contracting, and pre-development. We are relationship-based and uphold a reputation for excellence, efficiency, and value in everything we do. We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our team to work on our Multifamily and podium projects.

What You Will Be Doing

- Work directly with PM & Supers on projects
- Help oversee all aspects of project completion
- Management of project budget, schedule, and quality
- Oversee contractual requirements and documentation

What You Need for this Position

- 2+ years of Multi-Family experience
- Experience as an APM or Senior PE
- Strong communication and leadership
- Strong Leadership ability
