What You’ll Be Doing Provide safe, accurate, and clinically competent direct care based on patient needs. Obtain vital signs, height, weight, and document in a thorough, accurate, and timely manner in the electronic medical record (EMR). Collect and record required patient information such as smoking status, allergies, and medication list in the EMR. Assist in identifying patients at risk for suicide through evidence‑based screening and assessment questionnaires. Gather necessary information and facilitate obtaining prior authorization for psychotropic medications. Who We’re Looking For RN with current state license (new graduates encouraged). BLS certification required. A caring, adaptable nurse with strong communication and critical‑thinking skills.
