About the Role We’re looking for a Sales Representative / Estimator to sell profitable roofing and exterior remodeling projects while delivering an outstanding customer experience from first contact through final walkthrough. This role blends sales, field inspections, customer communication, and detailed job estimation with a direct impact on our culture, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This is a hybrid role based in Fairfax, VA , you won’t be in the office every day, but you’ll be out meeting customers and running appointments across Northern Virginia. What You’ll Do Respond to customer inquiries the same day (or next business day if after hours) Communicate proactively to resolve customer concerns, escalating when needed Follow our proven 8-Step Sales Process from lead to close Perform thorough field inspections detailed measurements, walking roofs, climbing ladders, and accessing attics Use estimating tools and company-approved formulas to build accurate, profitable estimates Facilitate sales agreements, deposits, and final payments Document all client interactions, notes, measurements, and sales documents in the CRM Maintain strong working relationships with installation teams, supply partners, and internal departments Attend weekly sales planning meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of our SOPs Monitor your own sales performance metrics and look for ways to improve What You’ll Bring Strong communication skills and a genuine customer service orientation A growth mindset and resilience under pressure Comfort with the physical demands of the job (ladders, roof walking, attic access) Experience in sales, estimating, home improvement, construction, roofing, or a related industry (preferred) Strong CRM discipline and organizational skills Ability to manage a pipeline and consistently deliver results Willingness to travel throughout the day to appointments across the region Education High school diploma or GED required Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Sales, or related field) Equivalent combination of experience and training will be considered Compensation & Benefits Compensation Base salary: ~$55,000 Commission: ~3% of sold jobs Monthly bonuses based on KPIs

1. st Year OTE: ~$100,000
2. nd Year OTE: ~$150,000
3. rd Year OTE: $200,000+ possible for top performers
