Serve as the primary consultant and program lead for University initiatives in Latin America, ensuring alignment and execution across regions. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate University consultant activities in assigned countries.
- Provide support to North American initiatives while aligning with regional priorities.
- Advise customers on client University offerings and develop training strategies.
- Track and maintain customer training adoption plans to meet objectives.
- Monitor training engagement and progress, identifying risks and opportunities.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise consulting or training program leadership.
- Strong consultative skills with a focus on skilling strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for customer-facing materials.
