Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Night Shift We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Night Shift team at Haven Place, a premier residential, long-term, rehabilitation, and subacute care provider in Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania. As a CNA at Haven Place, you'll be part of a team that's dedicated to revolutionizing care delivery and providing exceptional patient care. Job Summary: As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include: Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to the nursing team Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents Maintaining a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans Responsibilities: Assist with resident care, including vital signs, transfers, and mobility Administer medications and treatments as delegated by licensed staff Assist with meals, snacks, and feeding as needed Participate in restorative care programs and activities Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans Maintain accurate and thorough records of resident care and treatment About Our Culture: At Haven Place, we're committed to creating a warm, welcoming environment that fosters a sense of community and respect for every individual.
