As a RN Registered Nurse Unit Manager , you will play a vital role in leading our team of nursing professionals to deliver high-quality care in a supportive and compassionate environment.

About the RN Unit Manager Role:

As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing unit, ensuring that all care is delivered in accordance with our center's mission and vision. Your expertise will be critical in managing the care of our residents, collaborating with our interdisciplinary team, and ensuring that our center maintains the highest standards of quality and safety.

RN Unit Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit, including assignment of tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members as needed

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident

• Ensure that all resident care is delivered in accordance with our center's policies and procedures, as well as relevant state and federal regulations

• Monitor and report on resident outcomes and quality metrics, making adjustments as needed to improve care

• Lead and participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction

• Participate in staff education and training, addressing any knowledge gaps and ensuring that all team members are equipped to deliver high-quality care

RN Unit Manager Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania

• Prior experience in a similar role

• Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in a long-term care setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
