Responsibilities Communicate with customers and prospective customers about products and services. Conduct professional customer outreach and engagement activities. Follow up with customers and prospects as needed. Assist with organizing materials for outreach activities. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Share customer feedback and common questions with team members. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Strong listening and problem-solving skills. Good organizational and time management abilities. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous communications, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
