Regulatory Affairs Associate

Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Associate to join their team. As a Regulatory Affairs Associate, you will be part of the Regulatory Affairs department supporting global regulatory submissions and project coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Associate Location: REMOTE Duration: 9+ months with possible extension Pay Range: $40- $44/hr on W2 What's the Job? Support global regulatory submission activities and project plan execution Maintain and organize regulatory files and documentation Participate in cross-functional project teams to ensure regulatory compliance Compile, prepare, and coordinate responses to regulatory authorities Edit, review, and proofread regulatory documents to ensure accuracy and clarity What's Needed? 1-3 years of Regulatory Affairs experience in a healthcare or related environment Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline such as Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical Sciences, or Engineering Understanding of U.S. and international device regulations (EU regulations experience preferred) Experience working with cross-functional teams and external regulators (FDA, TUV) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and database management systems What's in it for me?
