What You’ll Do:

• Provide expert clinical care to newborns in Level III and Level II NICUs
• Utilize advanced neonatal technology such as body cooling and inhaled nitric oxide
• Collaborate with pediatric specialists including surgery and maternal-fetal medicine
• Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Support and educate nursing and ancillary staff
• Serve a diverse population in a welcoming community
• Engage in flexible scheduling to promote work/life balance

What You Need:

• Valid BC/BE Neonatology certification
• State medical license or eligibility
• Prior NICU experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
