About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic financial and operational leadership. The CFO will be a key member of the senior leadership team, serving as a trusted strategic partner and stewarding the organization's long-term financial health. This role involves leading the accounting, human resources, information technology, and digital collections and information systems functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial management of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, and will play a critical role in decision-making processes. Applicants for the CFO position at the company must have a Master's degree in business administration, accounting, or finance, with a preference for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation. A minimum of 8-10 years' progressive experience in financial management is required, with a proven track record of leadership at the senior or executive level. Experience in managing HR, IT, or other operational functions in addition to finance is also preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience with nonprofit consolidated audits and affiliated entity financial management. The CFO will be expected to have a strong understanding of financial best practices, regulatory requirements, and the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
