Job Summary:
The Spokane, Washington-based Sterile Processing Technician position involves providing specialized technical support within the surgical services team at a short-term acute care facility. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. This role entails working primarily from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends and holidays. The position demands two years of prior experience in sterile processing or related fields.

Job Details:

• Shift: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends and holidays.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Washington (WA) or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license in hand; valid Allied license (if applicable); at least 2 years of experience in sterile processing; experience with Epic electronic medical record system; certifications in CBSPD, IAHCSMM, or HSPA.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required between sister facilities nearby the contracted facility.
• Additional Information: Candidates must include the last four digits of their SSN and list all requested time off during submission. Post-submission/revised RTO requests will not be approved; inflexibility beyond the contracted schedule and RTO may result in contract termination. Travelers should be prepared to accommodate the operational needs of the facility, including potential floating between facilities.
