Hospitality Ambassador - Creating Memorable First Impressions!

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: As a Host, your main objective is to warmly welcome and seat guests in a timely and professional manner, setting the stage for a delightful dining experience. You will also handle phone inquiries, take carryout orders, and bid guests a fond farewell upon departure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, radiating warmth and hospitality.
• Seat servers' sections in a balanced manner, following rotation whenever possible.
• Guide guests to their tables and introduce them to their designated server.
• Stay informed about table availability, both indoors and outdoors, for effective seating arrangements.
• Efficiently manage the waitlist to ensure a smooth flow of guests.
• Assist in light bussing and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• Foster clear communication with other hosts, servers, and managers.
• Answer phone calls, handle carryout orders, and provide excellent service over the phone.
• Express gratitude to guests for choosing our establishment and bid them a warm farewell.

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
• Time management and organizational skills for smooth operations.
• Customer service expertise with a genuine passion for creating positive experiences.
• Ability to remain calm, friendly, and enthusiastic even during busy moments.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have reliable means of transportation.
• Ability to stand on your feet for up to 6 hours per shift.
